While pursuing his M.F.A. in Acting, Kirill worked as an educator at Michigan State University. He taught a variety of classes from Introduction to Humanities in a 300-person lecture, to advanced studio physical acting classes for professional acting students. He has guest lectured at Brooklyn College and been a resident artist at the Margolis Method Center.
In Atlanta, Kirill was the Head of Acting Instruction and Curriculum Development for the Talent Society of Atlanta. Additionally, he is part of the Theatr Faculty at Clayton State University,
From 2001 to 2012, Kirill was a personal trainer in New York City, training a variety of clients ranging from the general population to reigning Miss Universe winners.
